Healers, Readers and Workshop facilitators DO NOT PAY A FEE TO BE AT THE FESTIVAL but will be required to pay a R250 COMMITMENT DEPOSIT that is fully refundable at the end of the festival. This is so we know our participants will definitely be there. Should you need to cancel your booking you must do so at least 7 days prior to the market. Cancellations will result in a 50% charge of your commitment deposit and no-shows forfeit their deposit.
Visitors to the festival will buy Luno’s (festival currency) at the gate and they will use these for your services. These are redeemable at the end of the festival where the organisers will pay you 80% of the value of your coupons and retain 20% as your participation fee, and refund your R250 commitment deposit. You are not permitted to trade in cash at the festival and anyone caught will be asked to leave and will forfeit all coupons. Only flea market vendors are allowed to use cash. Sorry folks, we have to be clear on the rules.

Luno’s will be on sale throughout the festival. USE LUNO’s FOR:
Adults: Readers, Healers, Psychics, Workshops, Saatvik Food, Juice, Tea, Coffee.
Kids: Rides, Food, Juice.
You may of course charge whatever you like but for the purposes of the festival it is recommended that you run short sessions of your modality for a value of R100 to R150 lasting 10 to 20 minutes and workshop facilitators up to an hour with small groups. This is to keep the flow of people at your stand and to give them a taste of what you do so they can leave with your business card and make a full price appointment with you.
Wrist bands have a unique number which will be used to draw spot prizes so if you have a prize to donate
